Tiramisù Pan di Stelle
Have I already told you that tiramisù is my favorite dessert? I love to prepare it in many different versions, and this one with Pan di Stelle is one of the simplest but also one of the most delicious!
The Tiramisù Pan di Stelle is a recipe without eggs and without coffee, making it perfect even for children.
It is prepared in a few minutes, no oven needed, and the result is a fresh, creamy, and irresistible dessert, ideal for any occasion or when you want to treat yourself to something good.
Layers of cocoa cookies and mascarpone cream create a dessert that conquers everyone at the first taste. Simple, scenic, and always impressive!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz cookies (Pan di Stelle)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 2 tbsps powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk (cold)
- as needed sugar sprinkles (decorations)
- as needed unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps
In a well-chilled bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until you achieve a firm consistency. I recommend using electric whisks for this operation.
Gradually incorporate the mascarpone, mixing from bottom to top to avoid deflating the cream. You will get a soft and velvety mousse.
Quickly dip the cookies Pan di Stelle in the milk (not too much, they should remain firm) and place them on the bottom of the baking dish.
Cover the cookies with a generous layer of mascarpone cream.
Make a second layer of dipped cookies and more cream until you finish the ingredients.
Dust with unsweetened cocoa and complete with sugar stars or white chocolate flakes.
Let the Tiramisù Pan di Stelle rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours so that the flavors blend perfectly.
