Ingredients
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1 espresso (strong – about 1 oz)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
Tools

- 2 Bowls

Steps
Place the ladyfingers in a food processor and grind them into a fine powder.
Put them in a bowl and add the mascarpone, the powdered sugar and the cold coffee.
Mix with your hands until all ingredients are combined.
Form walnut-sized balls (you will get about 20) and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Take the balls from the fridge and roll them quickly in unsweetened cocoa. You just need to rotate the plate and they will be coated with cocoa without getting your hands dirty.
Place our tiramisu truffles on a serving plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
