Ingredients

  • 12.7 oz canned tuna in oil
  • 4.4 oz mascarpone
  • 4.4 oz ricotta
  • to taste salt
  • to taste sesame seeds

Tools

  • Small cups
  • Food processor
  • Piping bag

Steps

  • We start by draining the canned tuna well to remove excess oil, then put it in a food processor and chop it finely.

  • Add the ricotta and mascarpone and blend for about 10/15 seconds until a smooth cream is obtained.

  • If the mousse is too thick, you can add a little milk or cream to make it creamier.

  • Taste and if necessary, adjust with salt.

  • Transfer the mixture obtained into a piping bag with a star tip or any other decorative shape and fill the individual cups.

  • Alternatively, you can fill sandwiches or prepare delicious canapés.

  • Decorate our cups with sesame seeds
