Steps

  • Let’s prepare the venere rice

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the venere rice after washing it thoroughly and cook according to the package instructions (generally around 15 minutes). Drain and let it cool completely.

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cut the feta and the cooked ham into cubes or strips.

    Place everything in a large glass or ceramic bowl and add the cooled venere rice.

    Season with salt and extra virgin olive oil, add a few leaves of fresh mint, and gently mix everything with a wooden spoon.
