Ingredients
- 1 cup cup milk
- 3 tbsp tbsp corn starch
- 3.5 oz oz white chocolate
- as needed sugars (for decoration)

Steps
Let’s start by pouring a part of the milk (about 50 ml) into a saucepan.
Add the corn starch and mix well with a whisk until completely dissolved, avoiding lumps. Add the remaining milk and place over medium heat.
Cook, stirring continuously until the mixture begins to thicken.
Turn off the heat and add the finely chopped white chocolate.
Stir until completely melted, obtaining a smooth and homogeneous cream.Pour the cream into two cups or glasses.
Let it cool first at room temperature and then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.Decorate our white chocolate cream with sugar hearts.
