White Chocolate Cream with Thermomix

in

The white chocolate cream is a dessert with a particularly elegant appearance. With very few ingredients you will get a dessert with a delicate taste, easy and quick to prepare that will be much appreciated by your guests.

You can get creative with the decoration using colored sprinkles and pearls.

If instead you use it to fill a cake, let the cream cool in a glass container and when needed use a pastry bag.

If you like spoon desserts, don’t miss the following recipes:

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsps flour
  • 6 whole peeled hazelnuts (for decoration)
  • 3 oz white chocolate
  • as needed white chocolate (for decoration)

Tools

For convenience, I used the Thermomix, but a normal saucepan will achieve the same result.

  • Pot
  • Whisk
  • Bowls
  • Plastic wrap

Steps

  • Roughly chop the white chocolate and place it in the mixer bowl, then blend for 10 seconds at speed 7.

Gather the chocolate at the bottom of the bowl and add the MILK, EGG, SUGAR, and FLOUR, and cook for 7 minutes at 194 degrees Fahrenheit at speed 4.

If using a pot, cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring first with a whisk to combine the ingredients and then with a wooden spoon.

Pour the cream into individual serving bowls , cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
