Ingredients
- 2 sheets carasau bread
- 1 egg
- 1 slice chicken breast
Steps
Chop the carasau bread sheets with a blender
Place the carasau bread on a flat plate
Beat the egg and place it on another plate
Take the chicken slice and coat it first in the beaten egg and then in the chopped carasau bread on both sides
Cook in an air fryer for 15 min at 356°F
Serve with your preferred side dish, add salt and sprinkle with herbs to taste

Flip the chicken slice halfway through cooking.
