  • 1.3 lbs whole chicken breast
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • to taste fresh parsley
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste sweet paprika
  • to taste turmeric powder
  • hamburger buns
  • sliced cheese

Tools

  • Food processor

Steps

Let’s proceed to make our chicken and vegetable burgers

  • First, debone the chicken breast and then cut it into pieces

  • Next, place the chicken pieces inside a Thermomix or food processor, then also add the peeled and chopped zucchini and carrot. Also add the peeled red onion

  • At this point, add the parsley, garlic powder, turmeric, and sweet paprika, then close the bowl of your food processor and start it at the necessary speed to chop everything and obtain a dough

  • Next, take a portion of the mixture and create your patties. It is advisable to use a burger mold so that you can obtain equally sized and aesthetically pleasing patties

  • Finally, grill your burgers in a non-stick pan on both sides and add salt during cooking. Almost at the end of cooking, place the cheese slices and cover for a few minutes with a lid so that the cheese melts. Likewise, grill the two halves of the bun to ensure they are toasted

  • Finally, you can assemble your sandwich by spreading your favorite sauce on the base, followed by your burger. To conclude, you can also add some chips and finally close the sandwich.

Tip!

By the way, you can choose alternative vegetables to mix with the meat. In this regard, eggplants also work well.
