The fried meat cutlet is a dish most of you won’t be able to resist! This version has the particularity of a very fragrant breading thanks to the presence of onion and cheese, which release all their aroma during frying! Inspired by my sweet mother-in-law who often prepares it masterfully.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsps grated caciocavallo cheese
- to taste chopped parsley
- to taste salt
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices beef for cutlet
- as needed vegetable oil
- as needed lettuce

Steps
Chop the onion using a chopper
Take a large bowl and put in the breadcrumbs, caciocavallo, parsley, salt, and chopped onion
Mix everything together and spread the breading on a tray
Beat the eggs on a plate
Take the slice of meat and first dip it in the egg, then coat it with the breading
Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan
Fry the cutlets for about 2 minutes per side
Serve your cutlet accompanied by a handful of lettuce
Tip!
Choose slices that are not too thick, adjust the salt to your taste. Also great in a sandwich.
