Ingredients
- 1 large brioche
- 1 package spreadable cheese
- 1 package arugula
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
- to taste black sesame seeds
Steps
Cut the large brioche in half
Spread the cheese on the base using a spatula
Put plenty of arugula all over the base of the brioche
Fill with slices of smoked salmon and cover with the top part of the brioche
Cut into 4 parts and serve
Tip!
If you can’t find the large brioche, you can also use classic hamburger buns or follow this recipe where I prepare the brioche dough.
