Again, following my wife’s advice, I discovered this incredibly easy and quick preparation of a cheesecake-like dessert that uses Greek yogurt instead of cheese.
The process is extremely simple, almost trivial, and requires only 3 main ingredients to complete. Thus, I used cereal cookies, Greek yogurt, and jam, then assembled them in a glass cup. For best results, it is advisable to prepare it the night before for the following morning since this dessert needs to be refrigerated.
I would say it’s an excellent alternative for a healthy breakfast or snack since you can choose the healthiest ingredients. For example, I used organic jam with no added sugar and cereal cookies without risky additives.

To start, take the cookies and crush them using a mortar or a mixer
Next, move the crushed cookies into a glass cup and add a tablespoon of milk. Mix to create a moist and easily compactable mixture
At this point, you have formed the base of your cheesecake, and you can add the Greek yogurt on top
Proceed by adding the jam as the final layer and smooth it with the spoon
Finally, garnish the surface with strawberry slices and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours before consuming
