Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small glass water
- as needed chopped parsley
- as needed salt
- 200 g spaghetti
- 1 espresso cup pistachio pesto
- 1 canned tuna
Steps
Slice the garlic clove very thinly
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic
Add the small glass of water to prevent the garlic from burning
Add the chopped parsley and cook for about 2 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water
Transfer the al dente spaghetti directly into the pan with the sauce
Add a few small glasses of cooking water and finish cooking while stirring
Once cooked, add the pistachio pesto and mix everything together
Plate your spaghetti and garnish with more pistachio pesto
Finish the dish by placing the drained tuna directly on top of the pasta
Tip!
You can add chili pepper if you prefer a spicy dish.
