Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small glass water
  • as needed chopped parsley
  • as needed salt
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 1 espresso cup pistachio pesto
  • 1 canned tuna

Steps

  • Slice the garlic clove very thinly

  • Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic

  • Add the small glass of water to prevent the garlic from burning

  • Add the chopped parsley and cook for about 2 minutes

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water

  • Transfer the al dente spaghetti directly into the pan with the sauce

  • Add a few small glasses of cooking water and finish cooking while stirring

  • Once cooked, add the pistachio pesto and mix everything together

  • Plate your spaghetti and garnish with more pistachio pesto

  • Finish the dish by placing the drained tuna directly on top of the pasta

Tip!

You can add chili pepper if you prefer a spicy dish.
