Christmas Appetizer Wreath

Christmas Appetizer Wreath, a quick and tasty idea to bring to the table for an appetizer during the Christmas holidays. It consists of individual skewers alternating ingredients with different flavors and colors. A simple and original idea to prepare a centerpiece for the holiday toast.

To create the centerpiece, I used frozen Ascolana olives, the ready-made ones that are easily found in the frozen section of supermarkets. You just need to cook them in an air fryer, or in the oven, and they will be ready to enrich these snacks. This solution is a great way to speed up these types of preparations and focus more on the slightly more elaborate ones.

Of course, you can replace the Ascolana olives with small mozzarella balls or breaded scamorza cheese. I recommend choosing something that has a particular visual impact. As for the rest of the ingredients, let your imagination run wild! I used cherry tomatoes, olives, and Emmental cheese. You certainly can’t miss the green of the lettuce and the more rustic green of the rosemary to further enhance the visual aspect.

You can vary all the ingredients to use for your appetizer skewers, based on your tastes and imagination. But now, enough chatting, let’s go to the kitchen together because the Christmas Appetizer Wreath will be ready in a click!
