Christmas Stuffed Dates

Christmas stuffed dates, a very simple, no-cook, and quick appetizer, perfect for the Christmas holidays. The recipe is very simple, it requires no cooking, and can also be prepared in advance, allowing you to focus on other recipes that take more time to prepare. They are certainly not new, but browsing the internet I saw different versions, sweet and savory. Today I’m sharing my festive version for this tasty appetizer. I used mascarpone and goat cheese, with a bit of pepper added, but you can use the cheeses you prefer, even gorgonzola if you like. On top, I used chopped pistachios, which I love, but here too, you can get creative based on your tastes. You can indeed use chopped hazelnuts, walnut pieces, or almonds. Simple and with a unique flavor, slightly sweet and slightly savory, these Christmas stuffed dates will be ready in a click!
