Steps

  • For the preparation of the coffee mousse with water, it is very important that the water is very cold, so I recommend placing the necessary amount of water in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then, put the sugar, instant coffee, which can also be decaffeinated, and the water in a bowl and start mixing with the electric whisks at maximum speed for at least 10 minutes. You need to obtain a fluffy cream, and you will notice it is well whipped when there is no more liquid part at the bottom of the bowl. Also, the color will change, as the cream will become very light.

Variations and tips
