To prepare this recipe, I used breadcrumbs, polenta flour, and curry to give a special flavor. Of course, you can substitute the spice with others you like. After dipping them in beaten eggs and coating them, they are cooked in an air fryer. A super crispy result as if they were fried. - 3 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.8 cup polenta (flour)
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons curry

Steps
First, beat the eggs in a bowl. In the other, put the breadcrumbs, polenta flour, cornstarch, and curry. Mix all the flours very well until they are well blended.
Then take the piece of meat and cut it into cubes not too small. I bought the veal already cut. Then dip a bite into the eggs and then into the coating. If you prefer, you can repeat these steps a couple of times for a crunchier coating. Continue this way until all the meat is used up.
Then lay the coated veal pieces in the fryer basket, add a drizzle of oil, and cook at 385°F for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking until they are well browned on both sides.
The veal bites are ready! Serve them hot with salad.
