Ham and Melon in a Glass with Stracciatella

Raise your hand if you don’t love to serve ham and melon at least once a week. I’d say it’s a summer classic, no cooking, fresh and light. To be honest, it’s one of my favorite dishes since childhood, and I often propose it during a dinner. Let’s talk about the fact that the only thing to do to serve it is to cut and clean the melon? When I’m in a hurry and don’t want to cook, this dish always comes to my rescue!

Today, however, I propose a different way to serve it, more original and scenic, making it suitable as an appetizer. With August 15th approaching, why not think about serving ham and melon in a glass? A simple and quick single-serve idea, where I added stracciatella, some crumbled taralli, and melon balls made with a special tool. Alternatively, you can cut it into cubes. The hardest part for me in this recipe was creating the ham flower as decoration. I’m sure you’ll be better than me! What do you say, shall we prepare it together? Then follow me in the kitchen, because the ham and melon in a glass will be ready in a click!
