- 1.9 cup milk

Steps
First, clean the leeks. Remove the roots and more damaged outer leaves. Then cut off the green end and slice them. Rinse them very well under water to remove any dirt residue and drain them. Then melt the butter in the pot and add the sliced and cleaned leeks.
Sauté for a few moments and add the flour and milk all at once. Then also add nutmeg, pepper, and salt, mix and close the pot. Bring it to maximum power and cook for 1 minute from the start of the whistle.
