Melon Cherry Tomato and Feta Salad

Who said that melon, a classic summer fruit, should only be consumed as fruit or in the form of a dessert? It is also excellent for a light recipe in a savory version: the melon cherry tomato and feta salad. At my house, it’s very difficult for melon slices to be left over. In fact, today while slicing it for another recipe, I took a couple to try this experiment. I wanted something fresh and light, and thus the melon cherry tomato and feta salad was born. It was a real success, even the smallest and most skeptical in the house appreciated it! Of course, you can replace the feta with Gruyère or primo sale. Instead of lamb’s lettuce, you can also use arugula. It’s an easy and quick recipe that you can personalize with ingredients you like best. This salad is perfect as a light main course on hot summer evenings, as an appetizer for special occasions, or for an office lunch. What do you think, shall we prepare it together?
