- 5.3 oz canned tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- salt (to taste)

Steps
First, clean the garlic clove. Peel it and remove the less digestible inner part. Then sauté it in the pot with the oil for a few moments using the sauté function. Then add the asparagus, canned tomatoes, and water. Season with salt and close the pot.
Move the lever to sealing and cook with the steam function for 1 minute. After the cooking time, wait 5 minutes and activate the quick release by moving the lever to venting.
The tomato asparagus in the electric pressure cooker are ready! Serve them immediately with slices of toasted bread.
