  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • dried oregano (to taste)

Steps

  • To prepare the tomini in zucchini crust, first take care of cleaning the latter. Wash them under water, pat dry with paper towels, and trim the ends. Then, using a vegetable peeler or a knife, slice them into 1 or 2 mm thick slices,

    Place 4 slices of zucchini to form a sort of star. Then place a tomino in the center and close with the free zucchini slices, securing with toothpicks. Continue this way with the other tomini.

    Then place them in a baking dish, add a bit of oil, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Finally, bake the tomini in a static oven at 356°F (180°C) on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
