Well, these coconut and white chocolate treats are perfect for reusing Easter eggs. For the recipe, I used white chocolate, but you can also substitute it with milk or dark chocolate. A little pistachio crumble, but you can also use hazelnut crumble, to then form delicious mascarpone balls to roll in grated coconut. Delicious and easy to prepare even with the little ones at home. Steps

  • First, chop the white chocolate and melt it in the microwave for a few seconds in multiple intervals, stirring each time to avoid burning. Then let it cool. Next, transfer it to a bowl with the mascarpone and pistachio crumbles. Mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the mixture has firmed up.

    After the resting time, take the mixture, form balls the size of a walnut, and roll them in grated coconut.
