Tips and storage

If you don’t have time (or desire) to prepare everything at once, you can opt for two solutions:

– prepare the crepes in advance, store them in the refrigerator for a couple of days or freeze them, then defrost them or take them out of the refrigerator the day you want to prepare the baked crepes, fill them and then cook them on the spot.
