Tips and Variations
– You can change the filling of your puff pastry wreath as you like (you can, for example, replace the potatoes with boiled chard or spinach); I suggest not to omit the spreadable cheese, whatever it is, as it will help to better blend the flavors and prevent the ingredients inside from drying out too much during cooking.
– Serve your puff pastry wreath warm or at room temperature and, if there is any leftover, store it in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for one or two days at most.
