Tips and storage

– Personally, even though the recipe suggests it, I never add the strong alcohol when preparing chiacchiere, because I never have strong alcohol at home and because we (especially my son) like them better this way 😉

Obviously, choose based on your tastes, but I can guarantee they will be excellent in both cases!

– Your chiacchiere will keep for at least four to five days if you store them under a glass dome or in a tin container.

– With the ingredient quantities I have provided, you will make about twenty chiacchiere; of course, since they keep for a long time, you can decide to double the quantities; in that case, you will use three whole eggs.
