Tips and storage

– As you can imagine, with this recipe you can also make a delicious chocolate and pear cake; you just need to use a 9.5-inch circular pan and, instead of 4 g of baking powder, use 16 g, which is a whole packet.

– Also try replacing the pears with strawberries if you like the combination of flavors 😉

– The soft chocolate and pear squares keep as fresh as just made for up to two days under a glass dome or in an airtight container.
