As you may have noticed, the beauty of this soft pastry, besides its absolute goodness, is that it doesn’t need to rest in the refrigerator.

And since this pastry doesn’t even need to be kneaded by hand and then rolled out with a rolling pin, I would say that a faster tart than this to make is hard to find!

You can store your tart with soft pastry in the refrigerator for two days.
