An incredibly easy and super quick cake, the 5-minute cake with cocoa and Nutella is a real treat. To prepare it, all you need is a bowl and a hand whisk, but the soft base, delicious Nutella, and crunchy nut crumble make it irresistible. Kids will love it, but it will be a perfect sweet snack for everyone, to dip in coffee, for breakfast, or simply when you crave something sweet. If you like quick cakes, try the cake with cream jam and almonds, the Crazy chocolate cake, the 5-minute apple cake or even the no-bowl apple cake.

Steps for the preparation of the 5-minute cocoa and Nutella cake
In a bowl, break the whole eggs. Add the sugar and work with a hand whisk. Gradually add the milk and oil while mixing. Add the sifted flour with the cocoa.
Sift and add the baking powder, vanilla extract (or the grated peel of an organic orange), and the salt, mixing with the whisk until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Pour it into the baking pan lined with parchment paper. On the surface, pour the Nutella with a spoon. Cover with the nut crumble (I pounded cashews in a mortar, but you can use any nuts you love most).
Bake in a static oven at 350°F and cook for about 30 minutes, still doing the toothpick test. Let it cool completely and cut into cubes before serving.
Storage
This cake keeps for 4-5 days under a glass dome.
