  • 1 1/2 cups type 1 flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup walnut kernels
  • 2/3 cup oat milk

  • To start, remove the peel and core from the apples. Slice them and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Chop 90 g of walnuts, leaving some whole for the topping.

  • In a bowl, pour the flour. Add the sugar, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix everything with a hand whisk. Add the oat milk and oil, the salt, and baking powder, and mix well until homogeneous. Finish with the apples and mix well.
