If you’re looking for a dessert that embodies lightness, freshness, and a touch of magic, the blueberry heaven cakes are the perfect answer. No baking required, these small delicious treasures encapsulate the delicacy of paradise cream and the fruity intensity of blueberry jam, wrapped in a soft layer of Pavesini.
They are ideal for an elegant snack or as a refined dessert to be served in single portions. Their preparation is simple and quick, but the result is surprisingly scenic and irresistible. If you’re looking for other desserts with Pavesini, try the pavesini coffee and nutella cake, the red fruit pavesini cake, the tiramisu pavesini cake or the vanilla and chocolate pavesini cake.

Steps for preparing blueberry heaven cakes
In a bowl, pour the well-chilled cream. Add the cream cheese (Philadelphia or mascarpone). Start working with the electric whisks until you obtain a thick and fluffy cream.
Line muffin molds with plastic wrap. Soak the Pavesini with milk and create the base and edges of the cakes. Put a spoonful of paradise cream, leaving a hollow in the center to place some blueberry jam (or hazelnut spread or your preferred jam). Cover with more paradise cream and close the cakes with milk-soaked Pavesini.
After resting in the fridge for 3-4 hours, invert the molds onto plates or cutting boards, remove the molds and plastic wrap, and bring the cakes to the table.
Storage
You can store the cakes in the fridge for 2 days.
