Steps for preparing bread rolls with salmon, pistachios, and cream cheese
First, prepare the pistachio pesto. They must be unsalted. Put them in a chopper with cream cheese, Parmesan, and oil. Start blending and add a little milk to achieve a fairly thick cream. I left some whole pistachio pieces for a crunchy touch
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin, spread with pistachio pesto, and roll up from the shorter side using cling film. Leave wrapped in the film.
Put in the fridge for at least a couple of hours and slice. The rolls are ready.
Storage
You can store the rolls in the fridge for a couple of days.
