  • Once the spinach has wilted, remove the lid and let all the excess water evaporate. Remove the garlic clove. At this point, you can add the cheese cubes (Asiago or other melting cheese) distributing them evenly to achieve a uniform and creamy melt.

  • Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt slowly, without stirring too much. In a few minutes, you will get soft, enveloping, and perfectly cheesy spinach. Serve them immediately to enjoy all their creaminess.
