My lemon loaf cake was very much appreciated, and I invite you to try it because it is really very good, and I couldn’t resist trying the chocolate loaf cake, always super soft and delicious. With yogurt, cocoa, and chocolate chips, it’s a cloud of delight that you can prepare in 10 minutes. An ideal sweet for breakfast, a snack, or just when you feel like something sweet. If you’re looking for other chocolate desserts, I suggest trying the cocoa cake without butter, milk, and eggs, very delicate, or the classic chocolate cake. Extremely soft leavened sweets are the bread with chocolate chips or the brioche made with egg whites only, to be enriched with chocolate chips. However, I dedicate the chocolate tiramisu to the most gluttonous, a rich and irresistible dessert.
Let’s get to work and prepare the chocolate loaf cake together.

Steps for the preparation of chocolate loaf cake
Break the eggs. Add the sugar and start working with the electric whisks. When the eggs are well foamy, add the vegetable oil slowly while continuing to use the electric whisks.
Once you have a well-whipped mixture, incorporate the sifted flour with cornstarch, baking powder, and cocoa. Add the milk and mix well. Finish with salt, orange zest, yogurt, and mix again. Enrich with chocolate chips and give it a final stir.
Line a pan with parchment paper (mine is 12 inches long). Pour the mixture and bake at 356°F, static, for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool and serve with powdered sugar.
Storage
Keep for two or three days under a glass dome.
