Preparation of coffee cream with Nutella swirls
Cut the white chocolate into flakes and mix it with the hot coffee in which you dissolved the instant coffee (only if you want a more intense coffee flavor), otherwise you can omit it. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture and the chocolate has not completely melted. Let it cool completely and place it in the fridge for an hour.
Whip the cream well, which must be very cold, using the electric whisks, and combine the chocolate and coffee mixture to which you have added the powdered sugar, working with the electric whisks until you have a homogeneous foam, but without overdoing it because the cream could turn into butter. To avoid this risk, incorporate the mixture with a hand whisk.
Use the Nutella to “smear” the small glasses.
Add the mousse and place in the fridge until serving time. Add a teaspoon of Nutella to each, giving a coarse stir to get the marbling or put it on the surface and bring it to the table.
Storage and Variations
This cream can be stored only for a few hours, because the cream tends to deflate. Alternatively, we can use vegetable cream, which is much more stable.
