The coffee paradise cake is a delicious and truly indulgent dessert that is prepared in no time. Aside from making the coffee, it doesn’t require baking, so it can be prepared calmly and quickly. I made it with Osvego cookies, delicious, soaked with coffee, but dry biscuits or Pavesini if you prefer, work just fine. If you need to serve it to kids, I recommend using barley coffee as it contains no caffeine and is perfect for all ages. Make sure to use well-chilled cream for better whipping. The coffee paradise cake can also be prepared a day in advance, which is even better, allowing the flavors to blend perfectly. Let’s see together how to prepare the coffee paradise cake.

Preparing the coffee paradise cake
Start preparing our cake by melting white chocolate in a bain-marie. Separately, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water and mix it with the chocolate, creating a dense and aromatic cream. Add half of the condensed milk and mix again.
Whip the cream, and when it starts being fluffy, add the cold condensed milk while continuing to work with the electric whisk until you get a dense cream. Add the chocolate with coffee and mix.
Prepare the coffee and let it cool. In a dish, alternate coffee-soaked Pavesini with the cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Continue layering until the ingredients are used up. Place in the fridge until ready to serve or at least a couple of hours. Only before serving, add more unsweetened cocoa powder.
Storage
You can store the dessert in the fridge for a couple of days.
Can I use fresh cream?
Sure, but the dessert might be less stable.
Can I skip the condensed milk?
One of the characteristics of paradise cream is the presence of condensed milk, which cannot be substituted.
