The coffee pudding is an irresistible dessert, perfect for coffee and creamy dessert lovers. Its velvety texture and intense coffee flavor make it an ideal end to a meal or a delicious snack to enjoy at any time of the day. You can prefer it with the type of milk you like, whole, skimmed, or, as I do, with the plant-based milk you love (I use oat milk). Easy to prepare and always much appreciated, this pudding is a delightful way to treat yourself with a touch of energy! Ingredients for the preparation of the coffee pudding
- 7/8 cup milk
- 1/3 cup coffee
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps for preparing the coffee pudding
In a saucepan, pour the cornstarch and sugar. Mix with a manual whisk. Add, while continuously stirring, the milk and coffee (I prepared it with the moka). Stir to prevent lumps from forming.
Place on the stove and, while continuously stirring, cook until the cream thickens. Remove from heat.
Pour the cream into a bowl or pudding molds. Cover with cling film in contact and let cool. Place in the fridge for three or 4 hours. I prepare it the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Invert the pudding onto a plate and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder before serving.
Storage
Store the pudding in the fridge for two or three days.
