  • 1 3/4 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 1/4 lbs Ricotta cheese

  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation of the creamy cake with Pavesini and ricotta

  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Whip the cream with the sugar. To whip the cream well, it must be very cold. It may be necessary to put it in the freezer for 10 minutes before working with the electric whisks if it’s very hot.

  • Combine the ricotta, vanilla extract, and mix until you get a fluffy and homogeneous cream.

  • Line a baking dish with plastic wrap. Dust with cocoa. Create the base and edges with Pavesini soaked in coffee. Cover with Nutella, and more soaked Pavesini. Pour the remaining ricotta cream and close the cake with the last Pavesini. Place in the fridge for at least two hours. Flip onto a cutting board and serve.
