- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 tbsp butter

- 7 tbsp sugar

Steps for preparing the dove cake
Mix the egg white with sugar and almond flour (or finely chopped almonds). Add the cornstarch, mix, and refrigerate the mixture.
Break the eggs and beat them, using electric beaters, with the sugar until they are well frothy. Add the sifted flour with cornstarch and baking powder. Stir in the milk and melted butter.
I scented with almond, vanilla, and lemon flavorings, but you can choose just one of the aromas. Mix well and pour into the dove mold. Put the glaze in a piping bag or a freezer bag with a corner cut off. Decorate the dove with the glaze and a few almonds. Bake at 356°F, static, for about 45 minutes.
