Steps for Preparing the Frittata Pizza

  • To start, prepare a mix of chopped celery, carrot, and onion. Sauté a couple of tablespoons in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and a pinch of sugar and cook on low heat for at least twenty minutes.

  • Work the whole eggs with salt, pepper, and grated lemon zest. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a static oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
