Steps for preparing milk pudding

  • The milk pudding is prepared very quickly. You can use any milk you like, even plant-based. In a saucepan, put sugar and cornstarch. Stir with a hand whisk. Gradually add the milk, its temperature doesn’t matter.

  • Always stirring with the whisk, dissolve sugar and cornstarch. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook, always stirring, until the pudding thickens.

  • Brush the chosen container with vegetable oil. I used a 6.69 inches diameter glass food container. Pour the cream, cover, and allow to cool completely. Place in the fridge for two or three hours.

  • Turn the pudding onto a plate and decorate with whatever you like (I used shredded coconut), like coconut, chocolate shavings, fresh fruit, fruit syrups, crushed meringues.

Storage

You can store the milk pudding in the fridge for two or three days.
