  • 50 ml coffee
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.7 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 14 oz cream cheese
  • 5.3 oz Nutella

Preparation of the no-bake cake with Pavesini, coffee, and Nutella

  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool, dissolve the instant coffee in it. Meanwhile, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, gradually adding the sugar. Add the cream cheese and coffee, continuing to work with the electric beaters.

  • Line a baking dish with plastic wrap, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa, and form the base and edges of the cake with the cookies.

  • Pour half of the cream over the Pavesini base. Cover with Nutella that has been softened in a double boiler. Cover with the remaining cream and seal with Pavesini. Place in the fridge until the next day. Flip the cake onto a cutting board and serve in slices.

Storage

Store the dessert in the fridge for a maximum of two or three days.
