Ingredients for preparing the Nua Cake with Nutella
- 10 1/2 oz all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 1/4 oz nutella
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Steps for preparing the Nua Cake with Nutella
In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them with the electric beaters, adding the sugar. When they are light and frothy, slowly add the vegetable oil while keeping the beaters running.
Incorporate the sifted flour with the unsweetened cocoa and baking powder and mix with a hand whisk, assisted by the milk. Finish with salt and vanilla. Soften the Nutella with the milk.
Pour the cake batter into a 9-inch diameter cake pan lined with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the surface. Bake at 356°F, static, for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, remove from the pan, and serve.
Storage
You can store the cake under a glass dome for 3-5 days.
