Steps for preparing the pandoro log with Nutella and mascarpone
Chop the dark chocolate. Place it in a bowl with the butter and melt it in a double boiler or microwave. Then pour it into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and, using a kitchen brush, spread it to form a thin layer. Then put it in the fridge to solidify for at least an hour.
