Steps for preparing pasta alla pizzaiola
Chop a small onion coarsely. Sauté it in a pan with the oil and a bit of water. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and chili pepper, and let it reduce until you have a thick sauce.
Heat the water and, when it boils, add salt and the pasta. Drain it well al dente. Cut the cheese into cubes.
