Steps for Potato Salad with Tuna and Onion with Yogurt Sauce

  • Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into chunks. Place them in the steamer basket, salt them, and cook. It will take about 15 minutes in a pressure cooker.

  • Slice the onion. Place it in a bowl with salt and vinegar and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. It will become sweeter.

  • Chop the parsley and desalted capers. In a bowl, put the yogurt (if you want a more liquid sauce, use plain yogurt). Add oil, salt, pepper, parsley, and capers. Mix well.
