Ingredients for preparing the quick and easy moist and soft marble bundt cake
- 3 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 5 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 tbsps Bitter cocoa powder
- 7 oz Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsps Rum (or vanilla or orange zest)
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar

Preparation of the quick and easy moist and soft marble bundt cake
Break the eggs and beat them whole with the sugar. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, alternating the powders with the milk, reserving a couple of tablespoons from the total.
Then add the oil and rum, mixing with the electric beaters. Remove a third of the batter and add the cocoa and a little milk from the reserved amount.
Butter a 9.5-10 inch bundt pan and pour the white batter alternating with the cocoa one, swirling with a fork. Preheat the oven to 356°F, bake and cook for about 45 minutes, still doing the toothpick test.
Let it cool, remove the bundt cake from the mold, and serve it with a generous amount of powdered sugar.
Storage
You can store the bundt cake under a glass dome for 3-4 days.
