- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 14 tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs

Steps for preparing the ricotta and chocolate crumble
Prepare the dough. In a bowl, work the flour with the butter cut into pieces. Add the sugar, eggs, salt, and flour until you get large crumbs.
