In a baking dish, make a layer of ladyfingers. Soak them with coffee. Spread half of the ricotta cream. Enrich with chocolate shavings.
Make a second layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and ricotta cream. Place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving with unsweetened cocoa powder on top.
