I love savory pies. They are always a hit with everyone, easy and economical. One or two sheets of puff pastry flavored with your favorite ingredients. Today I made the savory pie with potatoes and asiago, perfect for me and my eldest daughter who don’t eat meat. If you like savory pies, try it. If you don’t like puff pastry, you can also try brisè pastry, available in the refrigerated section.
Let’s get to work and prepare the savory pie with potatoes and asiago together.

Steps for preparing the savory pie with potatoes and asiago
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes. Then boil or steam them until they’re very soft. Season with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and garlic, and finally, add breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Unroll the puff pastry; I recommend taking it out of the fridge 5 minutes before using to prevent cracking. Place it in a pie dish.
Cut the cheese into cubes. Place potatoes and cheese on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 356°F for about 20-25 minutes.
Storage
You can store the savory pie in the fridge for one day, although I always advise against storing potatoes.
