- 2.2 lbs All-purpose flour
- 2.5 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3.5 oz Butter

Preparation of super soft butter rolls
Knead the brewer’s yeast with the flour and milk. Add the sugar and work for a few minutes.
Add the softened butter and salt, and work until you obtain a smooth dough, letting it rise until it doubles in size. Form about twenty rolls by rounding the dough pieces well and letting them rise on a greased baking tray.
Brush them with melted butter and let them rise until they have doubled in volume. Preheat the oven to 356°F, bake and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
